“If bill on 2008 State Budget had not been discussed we would have started debating bill on Education. As far as I know, following discussion of State Budget three sittings will be devoted to bill on Education,†Chairman of Parliament’s Science and Education Commission Shemseddin Hajiyev told APA.
Work on bill has been fully completed and agreed with all structures. Mr. Hajiyev stressed that bill covers only common issues.
“This is framework law, covers common items. There is no need to include minor issues here,†he said./APA/
