Various standing commissions of the parliament are studying the draft law on state budget for 2008. Vice-speaker of the parliament Bahar Muradova said that according to the procedure, the budget is to be debated in all standing commissions and relevant proposals should be made. The parliamentarian noted that the budget will be debated in the plenary session only after debates in the commissions are over.
“The draft budget will be put on the agenda after that and we will consider the draft law within the appointed time,†she said.
