List of officials having the competence to consider cases on administrative offences made public

According to the decree, the list includes head of the state body, deputy head of the state body, head of state office, deputy head of the state office, department chief of the state office, department head, deputy head of the state office, deputy chief of the unit, sector chief in state office, head advisor, senior advisor, heads (deputy heads) of state agencies and state services under central executive bodies, head (deputy head) of the office, department chief (deputy chief) and sector chief of the office, heads and deputy heads of regional bodies under central executive body.
The proposals on designating the officials of other bodies under the central executive body, having the competence to consider the cases on administrative offences, as state servants, excluding the above-mentioned bodies are to be submitted to the president.
The proposals on the relevant officials, on behalf of Defense Ministry, Emergencies Ministry and Justice Ministry are also to be submitted to the president.
Central and local executive bodies mentioned in the first item of the list are to confirm the lists of officials having the competence to consider the cases on administrative offences and post on their websites. /APA/
