Azerbaijan Red Crescent searched missing persons and documents on 76 appeals this year

The ARCR service head Afet Mirzazadeh told APA 57 appeals asked for carrying out searching within Azerbaijan. 35 of these appeals are about migration, 4 on persons missing during the World War II, 8 on searching documents lost due to conflict and World War I and one on dealing with the issue on paying alimony.
As coming to the appeals last year, 34 of them were entered from foreign countries, 22 on migration, 8 on searching of the missing due to the World War II, one on searching of the missing due to conflict, 2 on searching for documents on conflict .118 searching was ended this year.
52 of these searches were carried out in Azerbaijan. 17 efforts for searching missing gave negative results, 18 positive, 2 of the missing during conflict negative, search of 10 documents on conflict negative, 3 missing during World War II negative. ARCR summed up 66 searches abroad. 13 of the missing during migration were found, there is no information about 34 people. Search of 1 missing was useless, but 6 missing were found. The searching of three documents solved negatively, 8 documents regarding conflict positively, appeals regarding restoration of aliments negatively. ARCR cooperated with Interior Ministry, National Security Ministry and Cabinet of Ministers under State Archives Office during searching. /APA/
