13th Turkish Congress passes decision on common language of Turkish-speaking nations

The 13th Turkish Youth Congress has ended in Ohrid city of Macedonia. The Congress brought together representatives of NGOs from 36 countries. It passed a decision on importance of a common language of the Turkish World. The Congress welcomed the efforts of Kazakhstan and other regions on the way to use a common Turkish alphabet.
Moreover, it was decided to work with local authorities and at the UN on achieving Turkish becoming official language in Kosovo again. It is planned to build a large Internet portal for common language to recognize the culture of all Turkish-speaking peoples and ensure of interaction.
The final document of the Congress reproached Armenia for having occupied 20 percent of Azerbaijanis lands and called for immediate withdrawal from Azerbaijani lands as well as condemned genocide policy against Turkmens in Iraq, Greece’s all pressures and anti-democratic actions against Western Frakia Turkish community. /APA/
