Swaraj will hold talks with Afghan President Hamid Karzai on bilateral and regional issues, including security and defense cooperation in the aftermath of NATO withdrawal from the war-torne country.
Swaraj told the media on Tuesday that India will continue to help the country in its reconstruction after the election of a new government.
India has invested 2 billion U.S. dollars in aid and reconstruction and trained scores of Afghan officers, said local media.
