Representatives from Iran and the United States concluded another round of talks in Geneva and agreed to resume dialogue after consultations with their countries' leaders, it was announced by Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi, who is mediating between the parties, APA reports.
"We will resume [the negotiations] shortly after consultations in the respective capitals," the minister wrote in X. "Discussions at the technical level will take place next week in Vienna."
The Omani Foreign Minister expressed gratitude to all participants in the process for their efforts, including Iranian and US negotiators, representatives of the International Atomic Energy Agency, and the Swiss government for organizing the meeting.

A pause has been arranged in the ongoing indirect talks between Iran and the United States for consultations between the negotiating teams, APA reports, citing Iranian state media.
State media also said one of the diplomatic delegations may have been preparing to leave the venue earlier, without providing further details. Negotiations are expected to resume later in the afternoon, it added.
