Baku-APA. Six people were killed when two trucks collided Tuesday on a highway in eastern Turkey, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
The accident took place when a tire of one truck was punctured at high speed on the Van-Ercis highway, the driver then lost control of the vehicle and bumped into another one from the opposite direction.
All six people onboard the two trucks died at the scene.
Local police are making a thorough investigation into the accident.
