Baku-APA. At least three people were killed and seven others wounded when armed rebels fired improvised rockets at two districts of the central province of Homs, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
The rockets slammed Arman and Madajee in Homs, the report said, giving no further details.
Meanwhile, the opposition's Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that government forces shelled several rebellious suburbs of the capital Damascus, including Adra, Zamalka, Mouadamiya, al-Eteiba, Maliha and Zabadani.
It said several people were injured due to the shelling, adding that a child was killed when rockets slammed the rebellious suburb of Douma.
The two-year crisis in Syria is dragging on with no foreseeable solution in sight. The UN has recently place the death toll of the bloody conflict at 70,000.
