Baku-APA. Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari will pay a three-day official visit to Turkey on December 11-13 to attend a trilateral summit, officials said Saturday, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
Afghan President Hamid Karzai and Turkish President Abdullah Gul will also attend the 7th trilateral summit in the Turkish capital of Ankara.
The summit provides a comprehensive platform not only for furthering political dialogue, security cooperation and development partnership among the three brotherly countries but also for bringing peace and stability in Afghanistan and the entire region.
Held under the theme of connectivity, the meeting will focus on strengthening economic and commercial cooperation through improving the existing rail and road links and developing new ones.
