The administration issued a statement in the morning that Talabani’s state was stable and currently, he was receiving treatment at the central hospital in Baghdad.
The recent statement placed on the administration’s website notes that Jalal Talabani’s state is becoming stable. He is under the supervision of professional medical specialists. The analyses confirm that the functions of his body are normal.
The Iraqi State TV reported that the doctors were continuing efforts to stabilize the president’s state. It is also reported that Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki visited Talabani.
The Iraqi embassy in Azerbaijan told APA that President Jalal Talabini’s state remains serious, but stable: “Now the President is at the hospital and none is allowed to visit him.”
