Baku-APA. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan has expressed his condolences to US President Barack Obama over bomb blasts in Boston that killed at least three people and injured dozens, APA reports quoting Turkish media.
ErdoÄŸan said in the letter that the attacks not only targeted the American people but also everyone seeking to live in peace and security.
The bombs that blew up seconds apart at the finish line of one of the world's most storied races, the Boston Marathon, left the streets spattered with blood and glass, three dead and more than 140 wounded and maimed.
Federal investigators said no one had claimed responsibility for the devastating attack on one of the city's most famous civic holidays, Patriots Day. But the blasts raised alarms of another terror attack in the US after the explosions at a public event among crowds of thousands of spectators.
“Every human being lost in violent acts leaves a deep wound in the shared conscience of mankind,” ErdoÄŸan said.
