Baku-APA. At least five people were killed and 14 others injured in a bomb blast that hit a political gathering in Pakistan's southern port city of Karachi, local media and police said, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
According to the reports, the bomb blast took place near the election campaign office of the Muttahida Quami Movement (United National Movement) in the Nusrat Colony of North Nazimabad area of Karachi.

Earlier on Tuesday night, the same kind of bomb blast targeted an election office of the same political party in the Chowrangi area of the city that killed five people besides leaving 16 others injured.
