Iranian prosecutors have sent an indictment over the killing of late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and four members of his family to court for trial, Tehran prosecutor Ali Salehi said on Saturday, Iran International reports.
Salehi said all those involved in the case had been placed under judicial prosecution.
One of the main charges in the indictment is “participation in corruption on earth through a terrorist act,” he said, using the term for a capital offense under Iranian law.
