A ceasefire agreement has been reached between Iran and Israel, US President Donald Trump wrote on his Truth account, APA reports.
“Congratulations everyone! It has been fully and universally agreed between Israel and Iran that in approximately 6 hours, after both sides have completed their final missions currently underway, a complete and definitive ceasefire will be declared. This ceasefire will last for 12 hours, and at the end of this period, the war will be officially considered over! Officially, the Iranian ceasefire will begin, and at the 12th hour, Israel will also begin a ceasefire. When the 24th hour is up, the official end of the 12-day war will be celebrated by the whole world.”, - Trump noted.
He then said that he congratulated both countries, Israel and Iran, on the endurance, courage and intelligence they showed in ending this war.
Trump said that this was a war that could have lasted for years and could have destroyed the entire Middle East. But this did not happen and will never happen!
