North Korea begins war preparations

Pyongyang â€“ APA. North Korea has unilaterally canceled all the agreements with Seoul. APA reports that it makes the new war in the peninsula inevitable. Pyongyang also canceled the agreement on peaceful cooperation and non-aggression signed in 1991.
North Korean leadership attributes unilateral cancel of agreements to the attempts of the opposite side to push them to the brink of war. Official Pyongyang accused South Koreaâ€™s president Lee Myung-bak.
Pyongyang was discontented with the appointment of one of the authors of â€œPolicy for confrontation with North Koreaâ€ Hyun In-taek as Unification Minister.
Provocative actions of the ships of the two countries along the border in the Yellow Sea have recently become usual cases. Pyongyang even threatened Seoul government that stopped assistance to them.
