Our compatriots living in the East Azerbaijan province told APA that though construction works have been started in several quake-affected villages, the houses hasn’t been constructed yet. In general, the construction works are not being carried out in many villages. It has already snowed here, because it is a mountainous region. Frosty and rainy weather made life harder and tents and things are completely wet. Those, who have health problems, cannot get medical care. A 2-year-old baby reportedly died from cold in Vargizan. People in the region need drinking water, food, fuel and warm clothes.
