White House National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby stated on Monday that United States President Joe Biden is probably going to discuss the conflict in Ukraine with his French counterpart during his visit to Paris, APA reports citing BBN.
Speaking at the Foreign Press Center, Kirby said a joint press conference of the two presidents had not been scheduled for the time being.
Commenting further on the situation in Ukraine, Kirby insisted that the permission given to Kyiv to use the Western weapons to strike Russia's territory is "targeted" and "limited in its scope."
