The first meeting in Riyadh between the US and Ukrainian delegations over ceasefire talks will take place on Sunday, two sources familiar with the discussions told CNN, APA reports.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also confirmed the Sunday meeting in a post on X.
This meeting is taking place among officials and experts at the technical level.
The US is then expected to meet the Russian side on Monday and it’s possible there will be more meetings with each side beyond what has been planned.
