Ukraine has difficulties conducting a counteroffensive operation, U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said in an interview with CNN, APA reports.
According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have a clear plan and they are pursuing it.
Earlier, Mykhailo Podoliak, the head of Ukraine's presidential office, stated that the delay in the supply of weaponry by Western partners created the foundation for the preparation of the Russian defense line.
Podalyak claimed that as a result, Kyiv was unable to carry out the highly reported counter-offensive operation.
