A 6.0-magnitude earthquake was recorded off the coast of Mexico on Sunday, according to data provided by the United States Geological Survey (USGS), APA reports citing Teletrader.
The tremor struck the region at a depth of 18.8 kilometers, with its epicenter 3 kilometers west-northwest of El Ticui, a town with about 3,315 inhabitants.
According to Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, there were no immediate signs of damage.
