Elections to US Senate and House of Representatives (Lower House of US Congress) was held 6 november, the same day with presidential elections, APA reports.
To have majority in the Senate 51 places were enough.
At the same time, according to the prognosis, republicans will keep majority in the House of Representatives. Currently they could win 180 places in House of Representatives, democrats won – 128.
