Russia's ballistic missile strike on Dnipro kills 5, injures 29 - UPDATED

Five people were killed and the number of injured has risen to 29 as a result of Russia's missile strike on Dnipro, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on his Telegram channel, APA reports.

"Russia launched a missile strike on infrastructure in Dnipro. Rescue operations are currently ongoing at the scene. All relevant services have been deployed, and the victims are receiving the necessary assistance. Unfortunately, according to the latest information, five people were killed and 29 others were injured as a result of the missile strike," the Ukrainian leader said.

As a result of the Russian morning strike on Dnipro on June 29, 4 people were killed and 10 others were injured, UNN reports.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Ganzha.

Earlier, Ganzha reported that seven people were injured due to the Russian attack on Dnipro. A 22-year-old man is in serious condition.

On Monday, June 29, Russian troops struck Dnipro with ballistic missiles. A private enterprise was damaged. According to monitoring Telegram communities, the occupiers launched ballistic missiles from the Rostov region.

Over the past day, June 28, 249 combat engagements occurred on the front. The occupation forces carried out one missile strike, using eight missiles, conducted 80 airstrikes, dropping 235 guided aerial bombs.
