Kaja Kallas and Kos arrive in Türkiye ahead of the NATO Summit, which is expected to be held in Ankara on July 7–8, mezha.net reports.
According to the announcement, during the visit the European delegation will hold talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
The visit will take place on the eve of the NATO summit to be held in Ankara on July 7–8. For Kaja Kallas, this will be her second official visit to Türkiye in her role as the EU’s High Representative.
It is expected that the parties will discuss the state of relations between the EU and Türkiye, shared geopolitical challenges, and prospects for deepening cooperation.
