The length of the Baku Seaside Boulevard is planned to be increased to 25 kilometers in the future, Head of the Baku City Executive Authority Eldar Azizov said at the roundtable titled “Strengthening Local Action: Reinforcing Multilevel Governance for Adequate Housing and Sustainable Communities” held within the framework of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, the Baku Seaside Boulevard has entered a qualitatively new stage in recent years.
Eldar Azizov noted that the length of the boulevard, which was previously 3 kilometers, has now been extended to 17 kilometers.
He added that in the future, it is planned to expand this area to 25 kilometers.
