Today, amid accelerating urbanization, climate change and increasing demands for the quality of public administration, a systematic and long-term approach to urban development is becoming even more important, said Kazakhstan’s Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction, Rakhymzhan Isakulov, during the High-Level Urban Dialogue of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) held within the framework of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, APA reports.

He emphasized that Kazakhstan remains committed to this approach.

“We are implementing a comprehensive model that combines infrastructure development, institutional reforms, digital transformation and environmental sustainability. We believe that a modern city should be built around people,” he said.
