“The Global South seeks cooperation and partnership, not confrontation. He noted that Azerbaijan plays the role of a bridge between civil society institutions of Global South countries, as well as between the Global South and the Global North: “As I also mentioned in the opening session of the General Assembly, the world is changing and a new world order is taking shape. In this process, the Global South must make its voice heard more strongly at the global level. The Global South seeks cooperation and partnership, not confrontation. Its voice must be heard. For this, civil society institutions must be active.”
