The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ogtay Shiraliyev has signed an order on the XV Summer European Youth Olympics Festival, press-service of the Ministry told APA.
According to the relevant order, 41 Emergency Medical Assistance teams will work in turn in determined places during the XV Summer European Youth Olympics Festival. They will work until July 29.
Additionally, 270 medical workers of the medical field have been involved in this event. They include specialists from polyclinics and hospitals who will be on duty in order in medical points, established in territories of sports games. If any of the sportsmen or spectators need hospitalization, they will be taken to Clinic Medical Center, Traumatic Institute, and Neurosurgery Hospital depending on their diagnoses, defined by Emergency Medical Assistance teams.
