A project named Azerbaijani neighborhood is being implemented in Türkiye and more than 28 hectares of area have been allocated for the said project, Head of Apparatus of the State Housing Construction Agency Farman Gurbanli said in his panel speech at the World Habitat Day Forum held in the framework of the Urban Planning Week 2023, APA reports.
"The area where the Azerbaijan neighborhood will be located is considered a seismic zone. Seismic activity is analyzed before starting building construction in such areas. As a result, the materials of the buildings to be built and the relevant coefficients are decided. It was decided that the buildings to be built will have four floors," he noted.
