Fuad abbasov, Azerbaijani Journalist detained in Russia, as previously said, will not be deported to Azerbaijan on May 28, Fuad Abbasov’s lawyer Teyyub Sharifov told ONA’s Moscow bureau.
According to him, after he filed an appeal to Court of Appeal over the decision to deport Fuad Abbasov from Russia, his deportation case was postponed indefinitely: “We have filed an appeal to Moscow Regional court over the decision of Khimki City Court regarding the deportation of Fuad Abbasov. The date of the preliminary hearing has not been set yet. However, after considering this appeal, the court will decide whether Fuad's deportation is legal or not."
