Distance working of Committee’s employees at age over 60 and employees with juvenile children ensured

In connection with implementation of the “Activity Plan for prevention of novel coronavirus disease in Azerbaijan” approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, the medical and prophylactic and disinfection works and other preventatives measures are being implemented at the State Committee on Family, Women and Children Affairs as well, the employees are informed about complications created by coronavirus and methods of combating this disease, and the necessary prophylactic measures are being taken, the State Committee told APA.

Being guided by the tasks mentioned in the letter of the Prime Minister Ali Asadov addressed to heads of central and local executive power agencies and state institutions, the distance working mode of the Committee’s employees at the age over 60 and the employees with juvenile children has been ensured. Besides, the necessary measures are being taken in order to ensure the acceptance of the citizens’ appeals only by means of electronic mail and telephone and the working of the employees in shift-based working hours mode based on the prepared list of the employees on the non-working days on occasion of Novruz holiday.
