Intestinal bacterium found in foods of restaurants and wedding houses

Owners of 396 enterprises were administratively punished in the first quarter of this year for breaching sanitation norms and rules for food production, sales and laboratory samples showed that their products didnâ€™t meet hygienic norms. Republican Center of Hygienic and Epidemiology told APA, exploitation of 134 facilities had been stooped and cases of 36 persons had been sent to the investigative bodies and 87 had been barred from the offices. Food samples were tested in laboratories for their organoleptic, physical and chemical, as well as microbiological, toxic and radiological indications. Some of them didnâ€™t meet the norms of those indications. Intestinal bacterium has been identified in 165 samples of 9888 taken from the provisions of restaurants and wedding houses. Normative-technical documents and receipt projects of 44 provisional products were agreed in the hygienic certification control field, 534 products were certified and 675 were registered in the state hygienic registration. 135 food poisoning cases have been identified in the reported period and 177 people suffered during these cases.
