World’s biggest baklava baked in Gandja <font color=red>– PHOTOSESSION </font>

The length of baklava is 12m and width 3.4m. 7000 eggs, 350kg sugar, 350kg flour, 350 butter, 320-325kg nuts and hazelnuts, 25kg pistachios, 20kg almonds, 10kg honey, 5kg cardamom and 5kg sesame have been used to bake the baklava.
It took ten days to prepare the giant baklava. Ten confectioners baked the baklava.
The baklava was cut in the festivity in Heydar Aliyev square and distributed among 8400 people.
The festivity was held around great semeni (sprouting wheat) in the central square of the city. The length of the semeni is 17m and width 4m. The semeni, with the city’s emblem on it, has been prepared by the order of Gandja Executive Power.
