Azay Guliyev: Azerbaijani NGOs will be able to use fund allocated by state budget in the second half of 2008

Azerbaijani non-governmental organizations (NGOs) will be able to use fund allocated by state budget in the second half of 2008, President of Azerbaijan National NGO Forum, MP Azay Guliyev told APA.
He said that process of documentation will be completed till first half of 2008. Guliyev saying that rules of nominating candidacy to membership of Council of State Support of NGOs at President were announced stated that this procedure will be completed till March. /APA/
