Japan to finance more two grant projects in Azerbaijan

One of these projects plans the construction of school ($86,000) in Khojavand in the territory of Beylagan in the framework of project â€œGrass roots and human securityâ€ and improvement of karate supplies of Azerbaijan Karate-do Association ($86,205) in the framework of projectâ€ Japanese Cultural Grant Aidâ€ .Japanese ambassador to Azerbaijan Masamitsu Oki stated that Japan has rendered technical assistance to Azerbaijan since 1992 to support democracy and market economy. He mentioned that majority of assistance in the framework of Grass roots and human security were based on construction and restoration of schools .Ambassador spoke about second grant project on the development of sport in Azerbaijan and noted that Azerbaijani sportsmen have got enough potential to win in the karate-do competitions. Misir Mardanov, Education Minister expressed his gratitude to Japan government for its support on Azerbaijani education./APA/
