Delegation of Finnish Youth Co-operation organisation â€“ Allianssi paid an official visit to Azerbaijan on December 15-18, National Council of Youth Organization of Azerbaijan Republic press service told the APA
The visit aimed to familiarize with youth organizations of neighbor countries outside EU zone, establish relations and further cooperation. Finnish youth visited the grave of Azerbaijanâ€™s former president Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honours and participated in the national conference â€œYouth against AIDSâ€ and held meetings in National Council of Youth Organization. Life style of youth of the two countries, development history of youth policy, activity of youth organizations and prospects of further cooperation were debated during the meetings. Delegation of Allianssi also visited Guba and met with local youth here. Finnish youth met with Intigam Babayev Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Farhad Hajiyev, department chief, Hadi Rajabli, Head of the Permanent Commission on Social Policy and visited Icheri sheher, Maiden Tower and Shirvanshahs Palace./APA/
