Prices for those wishing to go on Hajj pilgrimage from Azerbaijan have been determined, document acceptance has begun

Based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the acceptance of documents for this year’s Hajj pilgrimage has already begun, said Vusal Jahangiri, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO) and Director of the Hajj Electronic System, in a statement to APA.

Taking into account the numerous requests of citizens, the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO) has started accepting documents from believers wishing to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. Due to the price increases observed in all countries, as well as the introduction of new services by the relevant institutions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the CMO has set the cost of the pilgrimage package for one person at 6,100 US dollars for the 2026 Hajj season. The pilgrimage will be organized in a unified format and will be carried out by air transport.

Required documents:

1) National passport (valid for at least one year);

2) Copy of the identity card;

3) Two 5×5 cm color photos taken on a white background (women in dark hijabs);

4) Medical certificate.

The acceptance of documents will begin on October 22, 2025, on working days from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the administrative building of the Caucasus Muslims Office located at 7 Mirza Fatali Street, Baku.

It is noted that the number of places is limited, and the document acceptance process is expected to be completed earlier.
