The Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO), Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade, is departing for a visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 15, the Press Service of the CMO told APA.
It was noted that within the framework of the visit program, Sheikhulislam A. Pashazade will participate in and deliver a speech at the joint meeting of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and Astana Congress dedicated to the protection of religious sites.
The Chairman of the CMO will participate in and deliver a speech at the VIII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Astana. Sheikhulislam A. Pashazadeh, who will speak at the Forum of Young Religious Leaders to be held on September 18, will address the youth and give them a blessing.
The theme of the 8th Congress of World and Traditional Religions, a prestigious international interfaith dialogue platform, is “The Dialogue of Religions – Synergy for the Sake of the Future.”
