Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade, Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims' Office (CMO), will depart for a visit to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, on February 2, at the invitation of Mohamed Abdelsalam, Secretary-General of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity Organization established by the UAE’s Sheikh Zayed Foundation, the CMO Press Service told APA.
It was reported that the Chairman of the CMO, A. Pashazade, will attend the award ceremony of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity for 2026.
Within the framework of the visit, Sheikhulislam A. Pashazade will take part in a meeting to be held in Abu Dhabi under the chairmanship of Muhammad Abdulsalam, Secretary-General of the Muslim Council of Elders. For reference, Sheikhulislam A. Pashazade is a member of the Muslim Council of Elders, chaired by Sheikh Ahmed Al-Tayyeb of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.
Several bilateral meetings are scheduled during the visit, which will last until February 5.
