Azerbaijan presents economic projects with perspectives that serve the general progress of the South Caucasus region, Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade said as he delivered a speech during a plenary session named Dialogue for Peace and Global Security at the 6th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, APA reports.
"Unfortunately, at the same time as these efforts of Azerbaijan, calls for revanchism and hatred are still being voiced in Armenia. I would like to address those who incite separatism, revanchist propagandists, and those who draw reactionary plans relying on patrons who promise military aid, that they should not be fooled by illusions and cause new tragedies to their people. Let them not forget that the people of Azerbaijan that have united as one fist, the independent, sovereign state of Azerbaijan are always capable of overcoming all threats," he added.
CMO Chairman noted that it is an important point that the state of Azerbaijan is making great contributions to the field of interreligious cooperation.
"The development of these efforts and initiatives of Azerbaijan, the continuous holding of such events that produce real results is of particular importance. "Azerbaijan will continue and develop this mission as one of the leading centers at the level of global interreligious dialogue," he added.
