Eid al-Fitr is being celebrated in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The month of Ramadan in Azerbaijan began on February 19.
Laylat al-Qadr nights fell on March 8, 10, 12, and 16.
As every year, the Eid prayer will be performed at 08:00 in some mosques and at 09:00 in others.
According to the Fatwa of the Council of Qadis, it is recommended that every person who has the means give 10–15 manats per person as zakat al-fitr.
Note that March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 are non-working days due to Novruz and Eid al-Fitr holidays.
