International conference on “Solidarity of civilizations - solidarity for peace†was held in the city of Cordova, Spain. Chief of Caucasian Muslims Office Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade and chief of scientific-religious council of the Caucasian Muslims Office Vasim Mammadaliyev attended the conference, the office told the APA.
Allahshukur Pashazade addressed the conference. He spoke about the problems worrying the Islamic world, the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and its just solution and the role of Muslims’ solidarity in solving problems.
Sheikhulislam called on the states participating in the conference to support Azerbaijan.
Pashazade’s speech was welcomed and the main clauses of his report were included into the final document. /APA/
