President of the company Ibrahim Nehremli said the apartments will be sold for AZN 4000 per square meter. 10-year mortgage loans will also be offered. Alongside with the mortgage loans, apartments can be bought with 2-year interest-free loans.
Nehremli said interest rates of mortgage loans will change depending on the down payment.
Ibrahim Nehremli also announced the initial payment schedule. According to the schedule, mortgage rate will be 10% for those paying 10% down payment, mortgage rate will be 8% for those paying 20% down payment, mortgage rate will be 6% for those paying 30% down payment, mortgage rate will be 4% for those paying 50% down payment.
10% of the cost will be spent on the repair of the apartments. The buyers will get fully repaired apartments.
