Azerbaijan has created the biggest e-management program during past 14 years, said the UN Resident Coordinator/UNDP Resident Representative in the Republic of Azerbaijan Antonius Broek at the 5th international scientific-practical conference on “E-government: innovations in customs sphere” HELD BY THE State Customs Committee in Gabala.
He says the UNDP brought appropriate contributions to these works: “As one of these works, the reforms in state management would be mentioned. To ensure management and effective services, the transparency and responsibility factors in the activity of state structures were strengthened”.
“We cooperated with organizations such as Ministries of Justice, Communication and Information Technologies and Foreign Affairs, SSPF. Thereafter we strengthened information transferring network working with MCIT. And we created a system meeting all rights of the population and state program, making new services available”, he added.
