State Statistical Committee says the prices in primary apartment market rose 0.4% in comparison to previous quarter, 3.2% - to previous year. At the same time, the prices in secondary apartment market soared 0.5% compared with a quarter earlier, 2.7% - with a year earlier.
Besides, in primary market, the prices of elite apartments increased by 1% compared with a quarter earlier, 1.3% - with a year earlier, well-projected apartments relevantly surged 1.8% and 5.7% and one-type apartments – 0.3% and 0.5%.
In secondary market, low-quality apartments’ prices grew 0.8% by contrast to a quarter ago, 2.8% - to a year ago. One type apartments relevantly rose 0.5% and 3.7%, well-projected apartments – 0.2% and 2.4%. Elite apartments went up 0.2% over against the third quarter, dropped 1.1% compared with a year earlier.
