Ministry of Taxes starts establishment of mobile government

Baku. Ali Ahmadov – APA-Economics. Ministry of Taxes started to apply e-services supporting mobile devices in Azerbaijan for the first time. For this purpose, E-Signature Certificate Services Center supporting all existing computer operating systems and mobile devices by closely integrating with AVIS was established under the Ministry.

The Minister Fazil Mammadov said at the conference “ASAN signature is the key of mobile government”, which was held today, that The Ministry of Taxes has started widely application of e-signatures to e citizens.

For the present, large state projects such as AVIS (Automatized Tax Information System), “E-declaration”, “Internet Tax Department”, “E-state portal”, “One window”, “VAT deposit account”, “E-tax invoice”, information exchange system with state bodies and banks are applied in the Ministry.

Mammadov said that some services could be used only electronically and sending and receiving documents during this process must be electronically signed within a limited time. For this purpose, E-Signature Certificate Services Center supporting all existing computer operating systems and mobile devices by closely integrating with AVIS was established under the Ministry.
