Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. The construction works during the fourth quarter of 2012 rose 0.9%.
State Statistical Committee says the construction works in surface structures rose 1.1%, road and tunnel constructions – 0.3%.
The prices on social buildings soared 0.9%, residential houses – 0.7%, productional objects – 3.5%, buildings up to 5 floors – 1%. From social buildings, the prices of administrative and secondary schools increased by 0.3% and 1%. From productional buildings, industrial objects grew 3.5%
Prices on road construction went up 0.3%, tunnel construction – 0.7%.
