Azerbaijani President confirms regulations on State Fund for IT Development

According to APA-Economics, the order also confirmed Rules on usage of funds of the State Fund for IT Development under the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies.

The Cabinet of Ministers was given task to determine number of employees of the Fund and take necessary measures regarding material support during a month, draft proposals on conformation of Azerbaijani President’s acts with the order and submit them to the President during three months, provide conformation of the Cabinet’s normative legal acts with the order and inform Azerbaijani President about it during three months, keep the conformation of normative legal acts of the central executive authorities with the order under the control and inform Azerbaijani President about fulfillment during 5 months, solve other issues arisen from the order.

The Ministry of Justice was given task to provide the conformation of normative legal and normative acts of central executive authorities and inform the Cabinet of Ministers about it.

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies was given task to take necessary important measures for organization Fund’s activity.
