Baku. Victoria Dementieva – APA. Azerbaijan offered Afghanistan to cooperate in struggling against drugs, including modernization of customs ports and increase of qualification of personnel, said the Chairman of Azerbaijan State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev.
He offered Afghanistan to organize long-term trainings for dog specialists and use specially-trained dogs in the activity of organizations struggling against drugs: “If Afghanistan agrees with us, we are ready to organize personnel training center”.
Azerbaijan intends to participate in training of Afghanistan's customs personnel
