90% of flats offered at new residential complex in Istanbul sold out

Baku. Ali Ahmadov – APA-Economics. Agaoglu Group of Companies of Turkey offers its prestigious apartments in new residential complexes constructed in Istanbul at very favorable loans (monthly 0.75%, annual 9% for 5 years).

TurkAzInvest told APA-Economics that 90% of flats offered at My World Europe residential complex have been sold out. The company has put up the last 300 apartments for sale. The flats will be handed over to owners in June of this year.

Another project of Agaoglu, Maslak 1453 residential complex is still under construction. This project will be completed in 2015. As the complex is being constructed near State Fatih forests, it is surrounded by beautiful scenery.
